Paid plans may be billed as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) or as one-time lifetime purchases, depending on the plan selected. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal. Lifetime purchases grant permanent access and are non-recurring. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Data Processing Addendum

Where you use the Service to process personal data of third parties — for example, your guests — you act as the data controller and Tablerr acts as the data processor. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Data Processing Addendum available at /legal/dpa, which is incorporated into and forms part of this agreement. Each version of the Data Processing Addendum is effective from the date stated on that page; superseding versions apply prospectively.
